Hi. Ive recently downloaded a video that came in three parts. But the files ended .asf.001, .asf.002, and .asf.003 so when i try to play them, media player does not recognise the 001 bit. Am I supposed to join the files together in some way and make the file extension just end in .asf ?

Use of .001 .002 .003 etc. as file extensions is very often an indication that a single file has been split into several smaller pieces and must therefore be joined using an external application, an example of which can be found here...
