I have an NTL box which I use for my broadband connection to my computer but I wish to move my PC to another room and the cable that connects the two is not long enough, can anybody tell me the the name of this cable so I can buy one of e-bay.

Many Thanks

Go wireless
The connection from the NTL wall socket to the cable modem is a special coaxial cable - I would not recommend disconnecting it as it's a bit fragile. The cable modem connects to your pc either by USB or ethernet. You can extend either. The USB length I would not recommend above 5mtrs. Better to use ethernet (and get a hub) or go wireless. Linksys / Netgear / Belkin do devices for this.
