Your music folder

Hello - wondered if there was a simpler way in which to sort out your music that you download? Basically all my MP'3 are stored in 'My Music' folder and I'm sure I have more than one of the same song in there. Is there a way to delete double qickly? Also is there some programme I can use which will categorize the song by the artist? I'm sick of finding a song by using the 'search' tool. Debbie
