It's light and the buttons are big enough to use easily. Infra-red works well (talks to my laptop, too) and so does internet access. Navigation is dead easy because of it's 'Windows' appearance. The camera is handy for the odd snap.
Drawbacks - The voice commands aren't recognised as well as my old Siemens S35 and I couldn't get a pucker Sony Bluetooth headset to work in the car. The joystick can be a bit fiddly if you don't have fingernails and if you get a cover, it lands up with 'belly-button fluff' around it! The ringtones that come with it are pretty naff, so I've had to download something better.
But I'm pleased with it overall - after all it IS primarily a phone and that bit it does real well!
