removal of insurance write-off classifications

hello, i have heard that there is a company based in the midlands which is the only company authorised by the dvla to remove a vehicles write-off classification once it has been subject to and passed an examination by them. has anyone else heard of this company and if so could they provide me with its name / website.

when a car is written off it is given a certain classification, A, B C etc

A and B MUST be crushed

C can be repaired and put back on the road after its been re assesed, which will involve comparing the vehicle presented against information held by DVLA, such as the vehicle identification number, make, model, colour and engine number. The VIC will also compare the record of previous accident damage with evidence of damage repair as well as checking other components to confirm the age and identity of the vehicle.

HOWEVER the classification will FOREVER be held on record you CANNOT remove it
