Hi Everybody, Your Help or Comments will be very much appreciated, My Brother-in-Law is Touring Spain and is able to Receive E-Mails O.K. but he is locked out for sending them he did not forsee any problems before he went and assumed that his laptop would work the same as it did in the U.K. He is on Outlook Express and his server/provider is Tiscali , I do not know myself how to resolve this problem.

It could be that to send POP emails (i.e. using Outlook Express) subscribers of Tiscali need to be connected via their Tiscali Broadband or a Dial-up connection on a specific telephone service provider's phoneline .

Has your B-i-L tried sending emails via the Tiscali webmail page?

can't he just set up a yahoo account temporarily ???
