Lost my shortcut, not in start menu, where is it ? please

Just go into windows explorer, where it should have a listing, or use find and type it in there. Once located, all you should need to do is right-click the icon and the menu ought to popup including the 'add shortcut' option. If you can't find it at all (highly unlikely) it would mean it had been deleted, but I doubt this is likely, or even possible as it's part of your basic programs.

Download TweakUI from Microsoft and, once installed, there is a rebuild desktop icons under the Repair section. See http://www.systemsmedic.com/TweakUI.htm
