transfer image from paper to t shirt

I have a sheet of paper onto which i want to print an image to iron onto a t-shirt. unfortunately i only have one sheet and i dont know whether i have to reverse the image to iron on, or leave it as it is. the paper consists of two sheets, stuck together, one side plain, the other with blue vertical and horizontal lines. i dont know the make or the brand (i know i suck) but if anyone has an idea it would help me imensely! thankyou!!
