I'm running Windows ME (Sh*te, I know), and I've noticed Windows Explorer is no longer in my Start Menu. I usually navigate through My Computer and around the Hard-Drives that way. But it seems strange that explorer has gone. Any ideas?

You may have inadvertently deleted it. You can add it back by right clicking the task bar > properties > customise start menu > add then browse to c:\windows\explorer.exe . You can find the explorer.exe right-click it then send to desktop to create a desktop icon or, do what I do and, always right-click My Computer > explore to bring up windows explorer.
