Telephone calls

I keep getting calls to my mobile from a 0800 number. I haven't answered it as I'm wary. I've put my phone on divert, but they wont leave a message. Is this a genuine caller?

I had one at home the other day and when I called it back was what they described as a survey company. If you note the number and call it back you should find out, but most of these are cold callers and little use to anyone.
