What's faulty?

I dropped my computer from the desk while cleaning around it. All that stopped it from hitting the floor was the monitor cable (the adapter at the back of the graphics card took most of the force). Now when i switch the computer on the monitor screen stays blank. I have checked that the graphics card is seated securely in the AGP slot and there appears to be no visable damage to either. does anyone have any idea where the problem may lay?

Thanks for the reply Ignorantbliss, however I should have mentioned that i had already tried another monitor with no luck. Which do you think would be the most likely offender, the m/board or the g/card. I dont have access to any spares to try elimination by swopping.

I would say it's the graphics card, probably a blown joint between the board & the port
