ebay/paypal phishing website ?? opinions please

hi guys- just been on ebay - noticed something strange,
the ebay main page is fine put in ebay.couk at the top of my browser- took me straight there-
however, when i click on the sign in page the browser turns green and the browser line reads as follows
https://signin.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SignIn&co_partnerId=2&pUserId=&siteid=3&pageType=&pa1=&i1=&bshowgif=&UsingSSL=&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2F&pp=&pa2=&errmsg=&runame=&ruparams=&ruproduct=&sid=&favoritenav=&confirm=&ebxPageType=&existingEmail=&isCheckout=&migrateVisitor=
what do you all think of this ?
i ran microsoft phishing filter and it says its ok-
the exact same thing happens with paypal,
but they both claim to be verisign secured......
i click on the certificates and they both say paypal inc or ebay inc and are registered in san jose california-
i think someone is trying to have me.
sadly i signed into ebay before i noticed it- but have not signed in to paypal-
what do you all think is the best solution ??
if you do think its an attempted scam how do i just use ebay/ paypal normally ???
any help is great as i dont want to be robbed -
thanks guys and girls :)

So, it calls the interface and passes it a load of parameters (all of which appear to be null) so that the appropriate screen is shown with any known data already filled in. This is quite normal.
If you click on My Profile in AB, you'll see it says something like "http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/users/login.asp ?categoryid=100"
This is a similar sort of operation but using ASP (Active Server Pages) instead of ISAP as the interface.
