itunes 7 real pain in the bum!!!!! Help

i am having real problems with itunes 7. i have had it working but all of a sudden when i click on it, it brings up an error message. i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it many times but it wont come up. this happened once before i think it was itunes 6 and i went on there support on there website and it showed me i had to delete a few files that dont uninstall automatically but for the life of me i cant find this document again. that was the only thing that worked last time. i was wondering if anyone could offer any advice. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
