I am trying to fix a problem with my itunes. It says that the audio wont play properly because there is something wrong with the configuration. I have tried to go on the support part of iTunes and it wont give me the information. What do I do to get it back without wiping off all my music? TIA

I had problems at first you will have to remove
Quick time first then itunes you must do this way round
You will have to try and save the music if you dont want to lose it
Uninstall both Quicktime and iTunes from your computer.

Then restart, and then download iTunes again (which includes Quicktime), from Apple's website.

Your iTunes music will still all be there.

thanks i left it over night and it was fine this morning. must of been itunes that was down.
itunes is just a program that organises and plays music which is saved elsewhere on your computer. so u can wipe off itunes without losing this music at all. all u have to do is look for the folder where the music is (which shud be realy easy to find) and drag and drop everything into itunes once its re-installed if u ever need to...
