What to do with my old PC

I've recently bought a new PC and now wnat to send my old one to a good home (free-of-charge).

It's a 10 yr old Siemens Nixdorf has (I'm told) a Pentium III processor. I've had the hard disk "wiped" and some basic software and ant-virus software added.

I've tried offering it to a couope of charity shops, but they've told me that they're not allowed to take electrical goods.

Any Ideas what I can do with it (apart from take it to the dump!)?
