orange broadband

My orange broadband has problems staying connected between 6pm and 8pm orange do not think it is their problem (suprise surprise!) and have even suggested diconecting Sky and other phones it cannot be my modem as at other times it is ok I even tried changing the clock time on my computer (to fool it) can anybody think what else I can try

it will be your line.i had a similar problem and mine was eventually resolved by bt reducing background noise and tweaking something else.i contacted bt twice who twice told me there was no problem but i eventually got my isp to speak with them after they had also suggested many many things all of which were wrong !
good luck getting them to do it tho it took me months.keep on to orange who will keep advising you to try this and try that but eventually they will concede that you are right !

thanks for pointing me in the right direction mattk I get so frustrated when the modem flashes and i cannot connect I would try standing on my head if I thought it would work
