cut and paste answerbank answers

sometimes i want to keep a recipe that is given, but when i try to highlight the desired area for cut & paste, everything else, all the topics, surveys etc get highlighted along with it. is there a solution?

I press and hold down the Ctrl and ALt keys then click in the body of the item to be copied

Sorry should have added that you then go to Edit and copy

If you go to the end of the particular text you wish to keep, right click it three times in quick succession it highlights that bit of text. Then you can CTRL C then CTRL V it onto wordpad or wherever you want it saving to.
