Using MS Office XP, I have spent hours talking to my computer to train the voice recognition facility. In case my hard drive fails or if I change computers, I would like to create a back-up of the relevant files (or whatever) so that I don't need to do the training all over again. Does anyone know how to do this, please?

What speed of memory can i use?

help needed to change bios settings.
