You need to find out if your TV has any audio out connectors.

Have a look at the documentation that came with your TV.

The connectors should look like this (see the red and white sockets on the right marked Audio out)

They may be hidden under a flap, and may be on the back of the TV, or maybe at the front under the TV screen.

you can also get standard cables that will plug into your headphone socket on your TV and into the back of your stereo (aux in)... these are available over the internet or from high street stores (around �3)
