It is possible to use a digital camera as a webcam, i use a very cheap one and it works ok. I cant say for certain whether it will work with your camera but i dont see why not.
Hook your camera up to your PC with a USB cable, then go to your instant messaging provider ( i use AOL ) then try it out with a friend or relative.
