Ipod Help...

i seemed to have somehow deleted all the songs i had on my ipod,but i still have them on my itunes. How do i get all my tunes back on my ipod...?,everytime i put the ipod back in the docking station it says its syncing the ipod but no tunes appear to have gone back onto the ipod at all. can you please help...? thanx

On itunes click Restore which will immediately wipe everything off it and refill your little pod with everything from your library. Then it's just a matter off taking off the stuff you don't want!
