System DLL Relocation
2 Answers
I have a laptop and everytime I turn it on I get the following message:
RTHDCPL.EXE-Illegal
System DLL Relocation
x The system DLL user 32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:/WINDOWS/system 32/HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLLS. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.
What is going on here. Any ideas anyone. Any comments greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Remove the update using the add/remove software facility in your control panel if it's causing a problem to your system operating properly, or you can put up with the alert everytime you boot up until Microsoft sort their mess out and release a new XP patch.
