Blocking spam

Could someone, please, recommend something to stop these people from infiltrating my outlook express inbox?

You can set up a message rule, tools, message rules, mail.

However, you would have to include every spelling of the offending words possible to stop them getting through - e.g
viagra, v1agra,viiagra etc, this could take ages and still not block them all.

I just click the message and select message, block sender for each one, I have a long blocked sender list and hardly any spam.

I have set mu outlook express to only receive email from those in my address book but still get about 20 a day regarding US Stock.
I have not found an answer to this as my INBOX is filling up with addresses not even similar to mine such as [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] so I have no idea how these get to me anyway.
Spamfighter puts these in a folder but you need to check this for genuine emails.
To answer your question Spamfighter will stop them getting to your INBOX but not your PC.
