Need help with glasses
4 Answers
I really like these new funky glasses but need some advice from people who wear them. At the moment I wear rimless which are really light and they have little rubber dubbies on the nose to keep them in place.
These are the style (not necessarily this model) that I'm looking to buy http://www.specsavers.co.uk/cgi-bin/strudwick. sh/s?langid=1&pfmt=1&siteid=39&pname=frames/de signer_detail.html&material=osiris&range=desig ner&price=&page=6&prodid=1002340
If you currently use this style of specs would you please advice pros and cons. I'm concerned that they don't have rubber dubbies and whether that means you're forever pushing them back up where they should sit. Any other info would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

Don't worry about the rubber dubbies - you don't end up pushing them back up all the time. I kept mine as a spare pair when I changed specs recently. I actually went for another style that was really really similar cause they were so nice. And everyone said they were very striking looking, too! Only downside is that they get abit smeary on the frame sometimes, but then I do have an eighteen month old baby that throws food at me all day so there you go! x
