urgent help please

My girlfriend has a meeting tomorrow and need to make a booklet.All i need to do for her is put a photo onto the top of a page of A4 paper with text on the rest of the page explaining the photo then print it out.I am clueless and all i have is word pad that wont do what i want.Is there any free downloads or anything that can help me,it need doing today or shes up the creek.Talk about leaving it till the last second!! Thanks and i hope you can help me.

Its been a while since I did anything like this, but I am sure you can add the photo to the Paint function in Windows.You can then add the text and print out the document.

Thank you all,i found somthing just after i posted this and got to work on it.Then when i had done the five pages of the booklet we had to go to her work to get some copies cos my ink was low!
