we have a xbox there is a disk in it and it plays ok but we cant get it to open to change the disk can any one help ?

thanks for that still cant get it to open tho but will keep trying

The paper clip method usually works but you have to 'feel' for the release lever and then give a 'big push' (make sure you can feelsome resistance). If this doesn't work, as Microsoft says, the box might have to go away for repair.
