Nano has broken!
2 Answers
I have a 1st generation iPod Nano that's playing up something chronic!
Th eback button no longer works so I cannot access the menu! It's also started freezing on me with the window only showing one song despite whatever else is playing.
Can I get this fixed or am I better off just cutting my losses and buying a new version? How easy is it to transfer the stuff from the old to the new?
Thanks

If not go to apple website and follow instructions to reboot ipod - this will wipe it clean and then install latest software for the ipod -(not itunes) this may cure the problem - I've only had to send mine back once - it was a very pleasant affair as it came back brand spanking new (if under warranty as Apple just replace them and dont bother fixing them.) I've had loads of problems - usually through dropping it - and a reboot etc usually cures it.
