How do I get an Access Database query into an email?

HEEELLLP..... I have saved an Access query but want to attache this particular one to an email in outlook. Everytime I try, it just attaches the whole Access folder.
Any ideas pleeeeze.

I don't think you can email them.

I don't know a thing about Access except that I use a preset Access program at work. I email part of it every week to headquaters and I have firstly to export it to excel to do this.
It will obviously be setup in the program already to do this and I have no idea how it is done but it may point you in the right direction.
Not much help I know.

thanks well, will keep trying. Currently if the query isn't too long, I am copying in into Word and then emailing it but must be simpler than that, don't know. But thanks anyway
