What is the name of the device which lets you take the pre-recorded tracks out of a typical music CD? I Know they exist just not what they're called, and where can I Buy One?

Are you are talking about an audio 'Ripper'. This piece of software lets you take tracks from an Audio CD and store them on your hard drive. You can buy Easy CD Creator from http://www.ROXIO.com or there's a free program called Jet Audio which can be downloaded here;

...and CD Extractor which is in my humble opinion the best of all of them.
