it sometimes takes ages for my computer to start up
i know there's probably things on the start up menu that dont need to be there
but how do i find it so that at least i can have a look at what is loading every time i turn my pc on?

It's tiny ... no install required - you can disable ... try it out and easily re-enable if you've got problems.
