Screen gone sideways, help please

Okay, I'm an eejit, I discovered the Fn key on my laptop and all the little shadowy numbers and while typing my screen has gone sideways. I'm getting a creaky neck doing this. I can turn it upside down by whacking the keys hap-hazzardly (hmm yes!) and turn it so it 's sideways to the right too but not back the right way up.

Anyone have any ideas?

My husband fixed it by pure fluke, held down the Fn key and hit the space bar. Phew. Thanks for your answer though, it's appreciated
