DVD Burning

I copy DVD's via Shrink 3.2 to my hard drive. When I open up the file and attempt to burn in Nero Startsmart for some reason Nero won't let me 'Burn' which is 'greyed-out'. Is there a way to overcome this please? May be there is another burrn programme I could use but thought Nero was one of the best.

You may try Movavi Video Suite, this software can convert video to the right DVD format and burn DVD, I always use it to burn DVD movie and watch with my DVD player, very easy to use and works perfect for me, here is a guide about it
