I just got it the other day, with the samsung, and its driving me mad. It wont save the connection to the homehub, I keep having to put the code back in every few hours and at the moment it wont let me send a bloody text message.

Thanks for the answer, mycats. It comes too late for me I'm afraid. I've got it myself, and the fourteen days cancellation period had expired before I realised how bad it is. Looks as if I'm stuck with it for eighteen months. (To be honest, mine isn't as bad as yours, but it has it's own problems.)
aw no poor you, I just phoned them and got a very nice guy who said to try taking the battery out without turning it off then putting it back, that seemed to fix mine, for now. Pretty rubbish though eh?
