ipod shuffle 1gb { 18 months old }

ipod shuffle was working fine until we wiped off old tracks and loaded new ones using itunes . now it won,t play new ones,volume is turned up , battery shows charge,it has not been dropped or knocked . thanks .

sorry to waste your time as I do not know. However love your name I used to listen to Dick Barton (special agent ) on wireless years ago. Wonder how Snowy is going on.Hope you get answer to problem
When you connect your iPod to your computer, and iTunes opens atomatically, there is an option to reset the iPod to it's original settings. Then next time you connect the iPod, you can sync your new playlists to it.
