ACER Aspire 3680 laptop, contrast etc

I've read the manual and it very helpfully recommends adjusting the contrast and brightness of the screen to your requirements unfortunately it fails to tell you how! I can do brightness using the blue Fn key etc but how do I adjust contrast? I've got this feeling I've seen the function/screen somewhere but I'm bu66ered if I can find it again, help!

I've just searched the manual - the brightness is mentioned with the FN key, but not contrast.

If you are using windows XP, try pressing the left alt key, left shift and the prntscn key together.
That puts it into high contrast.
