Pokemon silver

I know it seems sad,but i still play pokemon games.

I was wondering if anyone could help me, as in pokemon silver, in the caves, i was wondering which one, in the water area, surrounded by whirlpools is the cave which contains the legendary pokemon.

Even beter if some one could tell me the route.
