This happened to me some months ago and when I contacted msn they refused to acknowledge that this was the case. I then opened a new hotmail account (which really was annoying). A few weeks later Amazon contacted me saying they had closed my account as there was suspicious activity. I told msn and a few days later I tried my old account and I could access it. There were emails from various buyers saying that their goods had not arrived and one said he did not supply goods to Nigeria. Don't know if this has happened to you, but msn are not in the slightest bit interested!
