How do I set up a text vote?

I want to do something like pop idol eg to vote for Phantz text phantz to 81767 I also want to do this as cheaply as possible (free would be great) How do I pick up the results can they be delivered to email? Sorry for the double post I closed the other one by accident

Short of getting yourself a fat connection to the GSM networks, you can use a thrid party company. There are lots out there. They usually steal a couple of pence per SMS u get. They also charge a setup fee.
