delete identity

Hi all,
can anyone please help me with this problem,
Three people have been using this computer,
so 2 identities were created besides the main identity,
Now i need to delete 1 of these identities, but it has a password, unfortunatly the password has been lost ?
So does any one know how i can delete it..
( outlook express is what i am using )
If anyone can help please try to make it simple, as
i am hopeless with computers.

If you have a problem go into Safe Mode, as you have to sign as the Administrator. If you havent done that before or set a password for the Administrator, leave the password box blank and press enter.
