It's an old article but the EULA hasn't changed. And here's another small quote

The use of Incredimail opens your system to attacks, and in the User Agreement, claims permanent ownership of everything sent through their mail service.

It's your choice but Im sure someone can recommend a better program for you.

Do not use incredimail - it's the very devil to remove from your pc, is full of spyware and advertising and is hellishly slow for people without a fast broadband connection.

What about Outlook or Outlook Express?
