I have a cctv system connected to a DVR which is also connected to my router. It has an ip of 192.168 etc etc i can connect to it from my home computer but would like to access it over the internet.

I dont have a static ip from my ADSL. How can i connect to this to be able to view the cameras.

Is there some mobile phone software that can download jad/jar files please?
