Videos off mobile phone

Hmmm, does anyone know how i convert a video off my mobile phone so i can watch it on my laptop properly?
At the moment there is a silly big Q on all the files. When i open them to watch, i can only watch them. i cant make it bigger screen or edit, etc like i can with certain others.

I have a samsung d500. dunno what file type they are. Dunno what OS is and i am just double clicking on the file i have saved onto my laptop... :(
