uninstall sony connect player & sonic stage

Hi, Can anyone instruct me on how to uninstall Sony Connect Player and Sony Sonic Stage. I have tried to find the 'uninstall' pull down thingy that you usually get beside its name but there is none.
As I just use Windows Media Player I thought it would be a good idea to unintall them to create more space on my laptop - Is it such a good idea or should I just leave well alone if I don't have this uninstall option?

Go into Control Panel and select Add and Remove Programs. You will find them listed there...
