trouble logging in to hotmail

sometimes when I log onto WINDOWS LIVE HOTMAIL this message comes up log in errror:Windows Live Hotmail was not able to sign in to your account at this time. Please try again later.this is happening more often I am sure its my settings but I followed hotmails help on my settings and it does not seem to corrected it.However when I am in work using there comp I have no trouble opening up hotmail, I am using mozilla firefox as my browser .ANY IDEAS

I have zone alarm .avg and ad aware on board does this help

One of those programs is blocking hotmail from gathering info from your PC.
Try deactivating each one and then logging in and see wich one it is. Then inspect the settings. Sorry if thats no help, but i have trouble fixing hotmail accounts.
If not contact microsoft.
