Excel filters

When i put filters on my headings in an excel spreadsheet, how do i make the drop down menu font bigger?

select the row ... increase or change the font
if needed increase the column width

all the other entries will stay the same

that just changes the font of the heading. ive put an autofilter on which when you click the little arrow you can get a drop down menu which shows all the entries below in alphabetical order. the font on this menu is much smaller than the heading and cell font

I don't think you can. Have had a play and a search through the help pages and can't see anything - anywhere.

I see what you mean ... not the filter contents .. but the filter options ... sort, all, top10 and custom etc?

The only way I know is to increase the zoom on the sheet
menu | view | zoom | 200% (or whatever)

this increases anything on the sheet.

Another possibility is to alter the desktop properties

Control Panel | display | settings | advanced | general
and
Control Panel | display | appearance | Advanced

and play with the settings ... but this is a global change
