I wonder if anyone can help me? CiD popups are part of the new Windows Live Messenger, and as you download it as a sponser programme it doesn't come up on ANY pop up blockers or spyware detectors. Apparently the only way to get rid is to only uninstall the sponsor programme. But even though I've done that they still come up. Can anyone help?
