Yes; something like SUPER will probably do it:

I have some that I'd like to use on a cd video disk - Nero has a great little tool for that, but doesn''t seem to recognise you-tube downloads.

Ah ok. Youtube downloads tend to be in flv format.

They are slowy replicating all videos into mp4 format too, with some pressure from Apple.
