Sky+ Recording

My sky + normally works fine but from time to time i will record a programme and try to watch it later but when i press select to play it, it just freezes and stays on the screen that tells you about the programme.....has anyone else had this problem and what did you do about it!!

Mines`s done that a few times, I just switch it off at the wall, wait a few minutes then back on again and it`s ok
