I cannot open IE.

Have just downloaded IE7 but cannot open it.
I am using BT Yahoo at the moment.

My guess is you downloaded without following the instructions.

You should make sure nothing else is running when you install IE7 - this includes your firewall.

Download, disconnect from internet, switch all other programmes off, including firewall, anti virus and so on, then install it.

Switch everything back on and reconnect to internet.

Uninstall it first through add/remove programmes - it will revert to IE6 without trouble.

Also, could be the wrong version.
Internet explorer is made for different service packs.
Make sure you get the right one, or it will say windows installer error.
