Boob job prize

A radio station in Liverpool has offered breast enlargement as a prize. The contestants had to send a photo of themselves in and the listeners voted on who they wanted to win the prize, which was estimated at around 4,000 in value. What do you think? Should surgery ever be offered as a prize in a competition?

It bothers me that while there are people entering the competition because they would like to have this procedure done purely for cosmetic purposes, there will be others who are struggling with their confidence who would love to have their breasts enlarged to make them feel more feminine etc and can't afford to have it done.
The chances are, there are going to be a lot of women who have social and emotional difficulties that are going to feel deflated once again.
I just don't think they've given this 'prize' a lot of thought.
